About Our Mall Pharmacy
A licensed community pharmacy that also sells online — not a marketplace, not a reseller.
Our Mall Pharmacy operates from Kikuyu in Kiambu County, on the western edge of Nairobi. We began as a counter serving the neighbourhood and still are one — the website exists so that the same pharmacy can reach people who cannot easily get to us.
That distinction matters. When you order here, the person checking the order is the same pharmacist who would have served you across the counter, working from the same stock, under the same licence. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is fulfilled by a third party we have never met.
What we stock
Around 1,600 lines: prescription medicines, everyday remedies, chronic-condition maintenance, vitamins and supplements, skincare, mother-and-baby, and oral care. If we do not hold something, we will usually say how long it takes to get it rather than leaving you guessing.
How we work
Licensed, and it matters
We are registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. Every prescription-only medicine is dispensed under a licensed pharmacist — no exceptions, however inconvenient.
Genuine stock only
Everything we sell is sourced through regulated channels and checked for batch and expiry before it leaves us. Counterfeit medicine is a real problem in this market; it is not one we participate in.
Honest advice, including when it costs us
If a cheaper generic does the same job, we say so. If what you have asked for is not right for the symptoms you describe, we say that too.
