How an order reaches you
- You add products to the cart and check out. The order is recorded with a real order number straight away.
- A pharmacist confirms availability and the final total, including delivery.
- We send payment details on WhatsApp. Payment is completed before dispatch.
- We dispatch — same day within Nairobi, courier elsewhere — and send you the tracking details.
What we cannot do
We do not deliver prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription, and we do not leave medicines with an unnamed third party. Both are conditions of our licence, not preferences.
Common questions
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on where you are. Within Nairobi it is a flat rider fee quoted when we confirm your order; elsewhere in Kenya it is the courier rate to your town. You always see the delivery cost before you pay.
How do I pay?
Once a pharmacist confirms your order is in stock and gives you the final total, we send payment details on WhatsApp. Payment is completed before the order is dispatched.
Why do I pay before delivery?
Medicines cannot be resold once they have left the pharmacy, so goods dispatched against an unpaid order are a loss we would have to price into everyone else’s medicine. Confirming payment first keeps prices down.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes — anywhere in Kenya, by courier. Typically one to two working days depending on the destination.
Can someone else receive my order?
Yes. Tell us who will receive it when we confirm the order. For prescription-only medicines we may ask the recipient to confirm identity.
