1. Who you are dealing with
Our Mall Pharmacy LTD, a pharmacy registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board of Kenya, operating from Kikuyu, Kiambu County.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. An order is only accepted once a pharmacist has confirmed availability and the final total. We may decline an order — for example where a prescription-only medicine has been requested without a valid prescription, or where what has been asked for would not be safe.
3. Prescription-only medicines
These are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a prescriber registered in Kenya. We may contact your prescriber to verify it. This is a condition of our licence.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in Kenya Shillings and may change without notice; the price that applies is the one confirmed to you before payment. Payment is completed before dispatch. We do not collect card details on this website.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates given in good faith. Same-day delivery in Nairobi depends on the time an order is confirmed and on stock being available.
6. Returns
Dispensed medicines cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy. Our full position is set out in our returns policy.
7. Advice given on this site
Articles in the Health Library are general information written and reviewed by pharmacists. They are not a diagnosis and do not replace consulting a prescriber about your own situation. In an emergency, seek immediate medical attention rather than ordering online.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
