Who we are
Our Mall Pharmacy LTD is a PPB-licensed pharmacy in Kikuyu, Kiambu County, Kenya. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at ourmallpharmacy@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Order details — your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
- Health information — prescriptions you send us, and anything you tell a pharmacist about your symptoms or medication.
- Technical data — basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used, so we can keep it working.
We do not collect or store card or M-Pesa credentials. Payment is arranged directly with you and never passes through this website.
Why we use it
To dispense and deliver your order, to advise you safely, to keep the dispensing records a licensed pharmacy is legally required to keep, and to contact you about an order you placed. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your health information for marketing.
Who sees it
Pharmacy staff who need it to fulfil your order, and the courier who delivers it — who receives only your name, address and phone number, never your health information. We disclose information beyond that only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Dispensing records are retained for the period required by Kenyan pharmacy regulation. Ordinary order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and warranty purposes, then deleted.
Your rights
Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Write to ourmallpharmacy@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Your cart is stored in your own browser so it survives a page refresh. It stays on your device and is not readable by us until you place an order.
